The problem
Your decisions are scattered across five tools
The decision does get made. It just gets made in bits: a chat thread on a Tuesday, an email with six people on it, a quick chat after stand-up and a review the new PM wasn't in. Three months later a developer asks why the checkout button sits where it does (or a stakeholder asks, or a new hire), and nobody can point to the answer.
So the designer defends the same work again. The PM digs through old messages to piece the story together. And the team spends an hour re-making a decision it already made, because the "why" never got written down next to the design.
I was sitting with my team and realised we were debating yet another random design decision for too many minutes in a meeting with too many people. We'd made this decision a week earlier, but nobody remembered the decision, why it was made and why we changed the design to one nobody really liked but didn't want to change in case the decision broke. That's why I built Decision Trackr.

Decision Trackr doesn't have an AI chat inside the plugin. Pro gives your existing AI tools access to your decisions through the API and MCP server.
Pricing
€9 per seat per month, from one seat
Pro is priced per seat, from one seat. A solo designer, PM or freelancer can buy one for themselves, and teams buy a seat for each person who logs decisions. If you'd rather pay once a year, it's €90 per seat per year (which works out at €7.50 a seat a month). That's the list price. There's no launch discount and no countdown timer.
I've kept it simple enough to go on a team card or an expense claim without a procurement process. You buy it on decisiontrackr.com, not through Figma. Checkout runs through Stripe and your licence key arrives by email. Each person who logs decisions activates it once in the plugin. Anyone who only reads the decision history doesn't need a seat.

Questions design leads ask
Do I need to buy Pro in Figma?
No. Pro needs a licence bought here on decisiontrackr.com, outside Figma. Payment goes through Stripe, we email you a licence key, and you activate it in the plugin. Figma doesn't handle Pro billing.
Can I buy Pro just for myself?
Yes. One seat covers one person, at €9 a month or €90 a year. Teams add seats as they grow.
How do licences and seats work?
Your team gets one licence key that covers the number of seats you bought. Each person who logs decisions with Pro activates it once in the plugin. Anyone who only reads the decision history in the file doesn't need a seat. Your team admin adds, removes or moves seats on the seat admin page, signing in with an email link. Billing changes go through the Stripe customer portal.
Where is my data stored?
On Free, your decisions are stored in your Figma file, as plugin data. Free shows the last 90 days and older decisions are kept and visible on Pro. The plugin needs no account. It sends usage analytics to Google Analytics, without your decision titles, details or names. Full privacy policy: https://decisiontrackr.com/privacy
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you go back to Free. We don't refund part-used periods. Your decisions stay in your Figma file either way. Free shows the last 90 days and older decisions are kept and visible on Pro.
Which Figma plans does it work with?
Decision Trackr runs in Figma Design, on any plan that allows Community plugins. If your organisation restricts plugins, an admin needs to approve it.
Is there AI inside the plugin?
